The elections a couple of weeks ago may be over, but the voting is still on.
My little blog is nominated for an award over at The Homeschool Post. I didn’t even know it until a friend mentioned it to me at the meeting last night.
The next two weeks are the last of a long line of busy weeks.
Between our monthly Mom’s Meeting and a trip to Dallas, I’m swamped.
It’s about time I show you all our guest house. We use it almost every weekend for special guests, VIPs and vagabonds.

I finally finished my living room chairs.
I told you about the super-cute fabric. My plan was to finish them right away, but life interrupted.
I’m going to confess to y’all that I’ve been pretty unproductive this week.
My activity for the past few days has amounted to sleeping and eating lettuce.
If you don’t know me, I’m a slow moving kind of girl. Very very slow.
When I have a week like last week it wears me out to the bone.
Whew! The week is finally over. It was so busy and consuming, I couldn’t even think.

It’s the week of the San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival. We’ve been looking forward to this for over a year.
You all are such an encouragement to me! Your comments after my little fall have kept me going. So many of you said that you are clumsy too. Poor Cha Cha fell today and hurt her knee. I hope we’re not starting a trend. Then there were the comments about how hard you were laughing. …
