I got a call early this morning that my dad was rushed to the ER in Mississippi.
I left the house at 4:30 AM to make a flight,
Before I continue with my series on child training tips, I want to share another short, but important list.

Whew! It’s been a tiring week. But I’m not complainin’. I love this stuff. I just wish I had more energy.
I’ve got to to show you my ginormous desk.
You will NOT believe what I have been doing.
I started another project. Of course.
My sweet husband is in a crunch.
Did I tell you he went back to school last year? Yes, I’m not the only crazy member of this family.
All of these lessons are things we are still working on every day. I speak not from a perfect home, but from a place where we make God’s Word our measure of rule. We are all flawed, but if we humble ourselves and seek His guidance, training our children can be a joyful, fulfilling experience.
Oh boy, do I LOVE a painted floor!
