So Stinkin’ Cute!

OK, first let me say that I know I go overboard sometimes.

I can be a bit much.  I am thankful that my friends put up with me.

But seriously, my brain works overtime on this stuff.  And I already had all of the materials to make this, so essentially it was free (if you don’t count the cost of my just buying junk I like because I think I might use it one day).

AND, if I need another excuse for my weirdness, I have been mulling over several purse ideas to list on my Etsy shop.  So there.

Now I feel better.

I needed a purse for the formal gala I am attending (you have to read that with your teeth clenched together so you sound like Thurston Howell the Third) in a couple of weeks.  I had some satin leftover from the tank top I made.  So I thought, why not use that extra satin that I have no other use for and make myself a little clutch?

And here is the result……

Don’t tell me that didn’t bring a smile to your face.  OK, maybe you’re smiling at me and not with me.  I’m OK with that.

But if you haven’t broken into a huge grin….take a look at the inside!

Oh yes baby!  It melts my socks off.

I am listing this sweet thang on my Etsy shop.

And for those of you that think I’m out of control, remember this:  I will be carrying my stinkin’ cute satin clutch in front of the governor of Texas.

Oh, and other people.  Whatever.

  1. That is adorable, and if I had anywhere to take it, I would buy one right away! Hmmm might make a good gift down the road for a few young ladies I know ♥

  2. I need a better monogram…SKK just doesn’t look good no matter what font you choose.
This is adorable – love the lining. I’d probably pick a lining that was super whimsical – polka dots or tropical fish, maybe Pixar Cars…
