Remember how the grown-ups talked on Charlie Brown?

“Wuh wah WAH wuh wuh wuh.”

That’s how it sounds to me when the computer repair guy tries to explain something to me.

“Ma’am, your blah-blah-blah-blah hard drive blah-blah-blah power supply blah-blah-blah wuh-wuh-wuh-wuh can’t be repaired.”

I’m sorry….what? I keep telling you to speak English! I don’t speak geek.

Anyway, what I did understand is that my computer has died.

There will be a memorial service tomorrow at 3:00.

While we work on recovering my pictures, here are a few snapshots of my four younger boys that Patience took with her camera. She gave them to me for my birthday.

They’re all straight out of her camera.  No fancy Photoshop.  No editing.

She has a great eye….it just goes to show you that you don’t need an expensive camera to take good pictures.

But when my husband tries to tell me that, all I hear is, “Wuh-wuh-WAH-wuh.”
