Well, it never stops around here. The next weekend after we get home from Kansas we will have a graduation celebration for two of our daughters.

The summer is heating up around here. We got the pool clear enough to swim and the boys have turned into fish. Swimming, swimming day and night. I can only get them out for food.
I know I shouldn’t complain because having a pool is a blessing. I think I spend as much time in the summer floating around in the water as the kids do having splash battles and diving for toys.
I’ve been so excited for you to come visit that I made the kids work night and day in preparation. Why have kids if they don’t help you with your DIY projects?!
It’s time to get this summer started with some recipes for fun ways to use your essential oils. I have been so excited to read all of the recipes in this series that I almost bought myself a hula skirt!
Some days, like today, I write an extra post because have things to say. Important things about not having any decent food to eat and that I bought a new shirt yesterday.
And so I decided to change my life one Thursday last summer. No fanfare or Facebook frenzy. I just put down the french fries and never looked back.
I just have a couple of pictures for you this week. I’m trying to wear my white skirt as much as possible before the official start of fall.
It’s another hot summer week here in south Texas. We are trying to stay cool, but the temps have us sweating like pigs. (I have never understood that analogy….do pigs sweat profusely?)
This is it! The 2013 Swimsuit edition of Embracing Modesty. We are so excited to share this you!
