I hope you’re spending a few minutes each day reading Bible verses with your kids and discussing how they fit into our lives. It is so, so good for your kids! (and you too!)
I’m getting ready to go to the Homeschool Moms’ Winter Summit this weekend in Oklahoma. I always clean my car before I travel and when I went out I was struck by the magnitude of the dirt on my van.
Remember my new shutters for my bedroom? Well I also added some in my kitchen and oh my goodness I love them so much!
Reading to my kids is one of my favorite pastimes. I don’t care if it’s a novel that we read over a couple of weeks or a children’s book that we can read in a few minutes, we all look forward to reading time.
I am enjoying hearing from so many of you that you are working on your own fitness goals. I want to share one of my new favorite things that has helped me in my efforts to lose weight and get healthy.
I wanted to check in with you all to see how your fitness journey is going. I hope you’re doing well and finding support. I’ve got a Facebook group that has been a huge support for me.
I just love reading to my kids. We sit down on the couch and spend time learning something new or going to another world or being touched by someone else’s journey.
I’ve been working on getting all of my school classes lined up for the next year. Figuring out what to do with each of the 6 I will have in school this year and finding the time to give them the individual attention they need is not easy.
I mentioned last week that I have been using a new Bible Curriculum and really like it. Several of you asked more about it. It’s called, Discovering Our Amazing God and we have really enjoyed it.
