I realized that I have talked a lot about the Homeschool Moms’ Winter Summit but I haven’t told you why I love it so much.
I had planned to get some small projects done when I got home from all of my travels, but instead I mostly listened to my kids tell me stories they made up and ask me if I know where their toothpaste went.
A nursery rhyme to follow up with last week’s window covering dilemma…..
Some days I feel like a nursery rhyme character….I’m all little old woman and so many children I don’t know what to do, etc., etc.
The past couple of weeks of homeschool have been a lot to manage. For some reason it looks like this will be my toughest year yet
For the past couple of months I have been sticking to my commitment to start treating my body like it’s important and not something to ignore or fill with junk. I have been moving and paying attention to my habits
Is it getting hot where you are? Because our temps are reaching over 100° which means, in a nutshell, I have reached my complaining stage of the summer.
It’s interesting to find myself on the older side now. I don’t feel older. Unless I’m trying to get out of the car after riding for a couple of hours. Then I feel really old.
I am usually calm and collected….OK not really. I do usually appear calm on the outside, but my mind is almost always racing with thoughts that I have to push down so I don’t come across like a psycho on steroids.
