Embracing Modesty, No. 51
I can’t believe it’s been a whole year since I started this series. I intended to simply share what we wore each week, but it turned into so much more than that.
I can’t believe it’s been a whole year since I started this series. I intended to simply share what we wore each week, but it turned into so much more than that.
Which makes me wonder….what do you want to see for next year? More modesty pictures? Or something else like our meal plans? Or maybe homeschool ideas? I’d love to hear from you!!!
Some of the kids and I did a little local Black Friday shopping and I finally got some clothes that fit me. I am so shocked that I actually fit into clothes in the regular sections now.
I had planned to get some small projects done when I got home from all of my travels, but instead I mostly listened to my kids tell me stories they made up and ask me if I know where their toothpaste went.
My girls have looked so cute lately I wanted to share some of their latest looks. It;s a joy for me to share their creative outfits with you!
This week the girls are taking over this post because I am at a conference. I will show y’all what I wore to the conference when I get back, but for now we’ll talk scarves.
I took 3 of my daughters to the Women of Faith Convention on Friday and Saturday. It was supposed to be my older 3 girls and my mom going with me, but as God knows what He’s doing plans changed and it ended up being my 3 younger girls.
So many of you have let us know that your girls are reading this and being encouraged to look for fun, youthful ways to dress modestly. So I thought we’d show you some more of what my girls have been wearing lately.
On Saturday morning I was off for the day with my 17 year old daughter Faith to see what goodness we could find at Round Top. We always have a fun time together and laughed pretty much the whole way.
Since I’m at the Blog Elevated conference this weekend, I didn’t have time to take pictures of what I was wearing. So I grabbed my girls and said, “Hey, go outside and take pictures of what you have on right now!”
