Our weekend was a blur of activity. At least, my vision is blurred. But that could be due to the fact that I stayed up past 2:00 am both nights.
I do not thrive under these conditions.
Don’t you love it when a package arrives in the mail? Me too!
I got the cutest thing….such a treat. My sweet friend Kellie sent me a bag from her etsy shop, Bag Full of Posies.
I may have been a day early, but thankfully we got ourselves straightened out and the shower was beautiful.
Actually, it was kind of nice to have everything done the day before. We just got up, put on the same clothes and headed out the door.
Wow! What an unbelievable wedding!
God honoring, Christ centered, worshipful….a dream come true for Tara and Stephen.
I ran into our friends, David and Lynda, at Costco. It’s always funny to me when I see a friend in the big city….I don’t live there and they don’t live there yet God brings us together in the most unexpected way.
Oh friends….I am so excited!
Another blogger that I have never met (but I admit to being crazy about her anyway) has written a post about me.
I am so blown away and so honored…..I may never wash this blog again.
It’s been a day of hurt feelings and struggles with friends. I have learned so much about how to manage my hurt feelings. I hope you don’t mind if I share some of my thoughts with you.
James and I went to an anniversary party last night. Nine couples celebrated 25 years of marriage of our dear friends Steve and Julie.
I just couldn’t help telling you about it. I wish you all could have been there.
Our dear friends are planning a wedding.
I feel privileged to be able to help with the wedding in a small way. I am helping with the hostess gifts. I know it’s just a little thing, but my goal was to lift her load, if only a tiny bit.
