Catching Up!
I haven’t been sharing my YouTube videos on here lately….you know…life and all that. So here are the past couple that you may have missed.

Over the past month my diet plan has slowly slipped and for the past couple of weeks I have felt myself spiral out of control. I went a year and a half doing great then I had a life crisis and felt myself falling down a rabbit hole so deep that I couldn’t find my way out.
I can’t stop myself from sharing my favorite holiday tunes with you. I listen to these when I am working out these days. It’s not always about the song itself but the artist’s rendition of it that makes it fun and peppy for working out.
If you’ve been following me for any length of time then you know that I started exercising about a year and a half ago. I go for a run every morning and have learned how easy it really is.
It’s about time for another workout playlist! I don’t know about you, but I get tired of the same old songs every morning for an hour. In other words, I am spoiled.
I can’t believe I let the whole month of March get past me without sharing some new tunes. This playlist is all acoustic, making it nice for when you feel like something simpler.
Weight loss has its bad side, like my britches falling down every time I go for my morning walk. And I’m not going to even mention the underwear situation.
While we were there I was determined to still get my morning workout in, so I packed my clothes and on Thursday morning I popped up at 6:00 and headed down to find the hotel’s workout room.
Since I workout every morning (who IS this stranger in my body?!) I listen to a lot of music. I need some new stuff so last week I asked on Facebook for suggestions for some new workout music and BOY did I get a LOT of ideas!
People ask me all the time, “What’s your secret? How did you do it?!” I disappoint them every time when I tell them it’s just good old-fashioned diet and exercise. No tricks, no surgery, no magic pill. Bummer, right?
