Is it getting hot where you are? Because our temps are reaching over 100° which means, in a nutshell, I have reached my complaining stage of the summer.
I’ve been working on getting all of my school classes lined up for the next year. Figuring out what to do with each of the 6 I will have in school this year and finding the time to give them the individual attention they need is not easy.
Being plus-sized has its challenges. My friends that are average size tell me they have challenges too, but it’s hard to believe it’s the same intensity.
I’ve been wanting to show you a few of the things I got when my parents moved a couple of weeks ago. Since they were downsizing I got to bring home some things that I love.
Our weekend was a smattering of activity. I did everything from going to an open house at my friend Sara’s to sleeping for 2.5 hours in the middle of the day.
I went shopping a couple of times over the past few weeks and was reminded of how hard it is to be young and find modest things to wear. It’s all tight and revealing and short-shorts….not what we want to wear!
Sometimes I have so much to say to you that my brain is about to burst with excitement.
This is not one of those times.
We had a work filled weekend. The kind that makes you wish for Monday when all there is to do it some school work with the kids and dinner in the crockpot.
I have gotten hundreds of questions and I wish I could reply to them all personally, but since I can’t I thought I’d try to answer a few of them today.
