We’ve been in our paint clothes most of the week, so not much fashion is happening here. Our paint clothes aren’t worth showing here except to say that we are still modest when we paint.
Bathroom Update and a GREAT Giveaway!
One of the big changes I wanted to make is the storage problem. I got some cheap boards at the hardware store to build shelves that would fit the space perfectly. You get a lot more storage when your shelf actually fills the space.
Starting a New Project Despite the Heat
Have I mentioned the heat yet? Because it’s over 100° every day now and any time a kid goes outside they come immediately back in declaring, “It’s HOT out there!” Yeah. I know. My sweat glands told me already.

Since the girls and I dress up every day and we only wear skirts/dresses, I thought that would be something fun for us to share with you. I can’t believe y’all haven’t gotten sick of seeing what we are wearing.

On this diet I don’t eat any sugar, carbs (except what’s in some vegetables), dairy (except yogurt) or fruit (except berries). During the retreat that made it challenging to find something to eat at every meal.

What a weekend! Living in my little Texas bubble most of the time it blows my mind that on Friday I went to California and by Monday I was home again.
