I can’t believe how quickly October is flying past. While it will be remembered as one of the worst times in my life, it is also God’s mercy that I look back and realize that weeks have slipped by without my realizing.
Since sharing about our daughter leaving home I have been overwhelmed with phone calls, emails and messages of love and support. Thank you. Believe it or not, I did not expect that response at all.

In my quest to continually keep myself motivated to run/walk every morning….I try to add fresh new songs to my playlist. Otherwise I get bored and my mind starts to wander and that leads to thoughts of sitting down and feasting on chocolate.
