Sharing a Moment
Well friends, Tuesday I had one of those once in a lifetime moments. I went to lunch with my daughter and when we arrived back home there were 4 big boxes waiting for me.

A couple of years ago when I started getting healthy and traveling so much, I made a commitment to myself to take the stairs whenever I was staying in a hotel. Not sure if this was the best idea!
This week I am at the Young Living International Grand Convention. I’ve got some of my kids with me and we are having a grand time!
I thought I’d catch y’all up on how we are doing with our Invisalign journey. I have 2 boys using the aligners and we are cray-cray about the whole process!
What are you and your family up to September 10-12, 2015?!
‘Cuz if you’re not busy, I hope you will come join us at the Forge Conference!
Right now I’m sitting in the Dallas airport trying to figure out a way to sum up the past few days. I would normally do that on Monday morning, all casual and lounging in my recliner with my kids around me chatting me up.
I sometimes hesitate to answer when someone asks me for advice because of all of my own failures.
It’s a trap…..the idea that only perfect people can offer advice.
Do you go to retreats? It has been a long, long time since I attended any kind of retreat where I wasn’t speaking or working. But this past weekend I got to go to one and let me tell ya…..I was not prepared for the deep introspection and personal conviction.
As an introvert, it is really hard to visit new places and go to events or meetings where I don’t know anyone!
Back in the day when my kids were little, my husband would walk in the house at the end of his workday and say, “Hi honey, what did you do today?” And I had nothing to say.
