Last week when I was at Disney I got to meet a couple of y’all and that was wonderful! I love meeting you all in person and getting to chat with you. Both of the ladies I met asked me the same question that many of you ask me, “How are things going with your daughter?”.
I should be starting this morning with enthusiasm. I have grocery shopping and Bible study, answering emails and getting the house ready for Thanksgiving all to do this morning.
Normally our Saturdays are all about bathroom cleaning and naps. But this past Saturday took on a life of its own after James informed me that he really wished I would switch the living room and dining room.

As we approach the winter it’s a good time to prepare for the possibility of sickness in the family. It happens to all of us occasionally, we catch a bug that’s going around and before we know it we are in bed. All day.

Last week after spending several days hiding away in deep thought and writing, I was glad to be home to my simple, sweet life and beautiful family.
This week I am locked away working on my next book. It turns out that I write better when I don’t have to do 8 loads of laundry a day or grade a dozen math papers.
