  44. This is a lovely giveaway Lisa! I love the little sampling of essential oils that I’ve been using – I used a bit of lavender in a foot soak for my mum last night to help relieve her pain and we all slept so well because of the soothing scent through our little home!

  139. I don’t currently use much for oils, but have been intending for literally MONTHS to get started! I’ve been reading your posts about oils to use to promote peace and calm in your home – for you, and specifically for your teens – and I know about the use of Thieves for illness. Oh, how I wish I’d had some during the last two weeks!

    None of the oils I’ve used are Young Living. I diffuse eucalyptus when we all have a cough. It helps, but I feel like we need something more (Thieves!?). I also occasionally use Lavender for healing or for calming.

    Years ago I used Melaleuca, so I’m familiar with Tea Tree Oil and all it’s wonderful benefits. Unfortunately, I found out I am allergic to this super oil!
