Three Special Trees
The trees I am showing you today are Grace and Jacob and Hope’s contributions. As my 3 oldest children, they weren’t as into it as the younger set.

We dragged a couple of bales of hay over to our red storage building, hung last year’s wreath on the door and called it done. Line up kids….let’s take your picture.
I decided to do something silly and easy. I rounded up some jars and some leftover ribbon and spray pint, bought a few bags of marshmallows and went to town.
One of the things that slows me down when I run around town is internet. I need internet. I have a few regular places that I will drive to and sit there while I check my email and manage my etsy shop. It’s a pain.
Instead of the typical adorable, fancy mantle I usually do I decided on something different this year. I wanted a whole forest of trees and to get all of the kids in on the action.
The weekend was pretty normal. It’s nice to have a normal weekend every once in a while.
Except that we were sick. We have some kind of cold that has us all dragging around wishing for soup.
