Summer Safety and a Party
Yesterday I got to host a party for T-Mobile in one of their stores. How fun is that?! I kept looking around at all of my friends having such a good time and thinking, “I need a huge room like this in my house!” Oh, and while we’re at it I’ll take home every one of the T-Mobile associates that were there helping. They were energetic and they really knew their stuff!
The theme was Summer Safety and so, of course, I had to take food that followed that theme.
My “shark” looked a bit more like a toothed whale, but it was still a hit.
And the cupcakes were my favorite part….so pretty, thanks to Sara for jumping in at the last second to help me!
We’re not going to discuss my cake pop fiasco. If you were following on Facebook you’d know. It wasn’t pretty.
I even made some coloring pages for the kids….
The games were super fun! My friend Stacy is always the MOST stylish person at every party.
And everyone LOVED the prizes!
Speaking of prizes….congratulations to D.J. Juliano for winning my T-Mobile SpringBoard giveaway!
But I can’t forget to tell you the real reason we got together which was to learn more about safety. I learned SO much about keeping my family safe and protecting my information. Did you know that you can protect yourself from losing all of your information on your phone if you lose it? Also, there’s an app that lets you tell it what time your kids should be somewhere and when they get there you get an update WITH a GPS location. You can know exactly where they are. Technology is making some parts of life a lot easier. You can stop in a T-Mobile store to find out more!
T-Mobile was so nice to have this event for us and I hope you’ll follow them on Facebook and Twitter. They’ve got gobs of good information on their feeds.
Thanks to all of the ladies for coming out! I loved every second of it.
This is a sponsored post but all of the opinions are my own.
Oh so fun! So glad I saw this tonight 🙂 Your toothed whale had my shark lover hooked from the beginning and he has not stopped talking about the gummy fish, of the gummy fish. Kid you not, we had to come home and make an ocean in a bottle. You did a fantastic job with this event and I just can’t wait for the next one YOU do. Blogger event planner of the year, is there an award for that? should be! till we meet again my sweet, sweet friend 🙂 I just might make that my profile pic … what do you think?
