I have had the difficulty of finding something formal to wear. It came up suddenly that I will be going to a black tie gala in a couple of weeks. How do you say that? Gal-a or Gay-la? I don’t want to sound like I’ve never been to one before, even though I haven’t.

I am so blown away and so honored…..I may never wash this blog again.
It’s been a day of hurt feelings and struggles with friends. I have learned so much about how to manage my hurt feelings. I hope you don’t mind if I share some of my thoughts with you.

James and I went to an anniversary party last night. Nine couples celebrated 25 years of marriage of our dear friends Steve and Julie.
I just couldn’t help telling you about it. I wish you all could have been there.
We are thick into our movie making this week.
