Welcome to our new blog home.  Isn’t it gorgeous?!  I am so excited to show you around!

First I want to give a big round of applause to Karen and Lisa over at Simply Amusing Designs.  I sent them a scrapbook layout and told them what I wanted and they made it happen.  I am amazed and dumbfounded at what they did.  I know they really put their heart and soul into it.  Karen, you are the best!  I hope you will all go to her site and check it out.  She’s got a 2-3 month wait, but she’s totally worth it!  Tell her I sent you.  🙂

Now, let’s take a look around, shall we?  When you go to ThePenningtonPoint.com, you’ll go to a home page.  On that page you’ll find links to the four blogs that our family has.  Lisa’s Blog is my regular old stuff….child training tips, stuff about the kids and homeschooling, telling God’s goodness…stuff like that.  The Kids’ Blog will be written by our kids to your kids.  They will answer questions, tell about their filmmaking, Jacob will talk about his high school graduation coming up, etc.  At the Point is about our home, farm and outreach.  It’s about home decorating, the goats and chickens, our guest house and all of the happenings around here.  Lastly is James’ Blawg.  He’ll won;t post as often as the rest of us since he has other things to do….like his job.  But it’ll have tax tips, his law school experiences and manly wisdom.

Each of the blogs has its own window at the bottom of the home page.  You can get to the one you want by either clicking on the window or using the navigation bar at the top of all of the pages.  The big window will be our feature article.  It still goes to one of our blogs.  It’s just the one we decided to feature for that day.

If you want to follow any of the blogs, they each have an RSS Feed.  You an pick and choose, or you can follow everything by selecting the RSS Feed at the top of the Home Page.
