Lucky Lights
Before I show you this picture….you have to promise not to judge me.
Do you promise? Cross your heart and hope to die?
OK then……
DUH put these in my Christmas stocking last year. He thought it would be funny since I have such vivid memories of them from when I was a kid.
I found them in a drawer. When those two kids saw them they thought it would be soooo funny to pretend they were smoking them. How bad could it be? I spent my entire childhood smoking them and drinking large quantities of Big Red (pretending it was beer, of course) and I turned out alright. No? You’re right, that’s a matter of opinion.
I’m finding all kinds of things. Camera cords I thought I’d lost and have already bought replacements, DVDs that we have spent hours on end searching for, letters I wrote and never mailed. It’s been a real treasure hunt.
But now the real work begins. We have cleared out the room as much as we can and as soon as we eat out lunch it’s back to work.
I’m sorry for the low quality of these pictures. I wasn’t able to concentrate due to the vast amounts of sneezing I am doing from all of the dust I have been exposed to this morning. There was so much dust under my bed that we could just pick it up and toss it into the trash bag.
Oh, the red wall., I remember that I didn’t have enough paint when I originally painted it, so I didn’t paint behind the bed. I guess it never mattered, huh?
This will be reposted on my second blog.
