Bedroom Makeover

It’s been a rough few days and I need a break. Call me crazy….but I think I need a little decorating therapy.

We all have our issues. Mine is my house. I really like it to be clean and organized and calm and welcoming. I really like the kids to be dressed in normal clothes for school instead of Spiderman and Darth Maul, but we can’t have everything we want, can we?

My bedroom has been bothering me for years. It needs to be painted and the furniture is all from flea markets and garage sales and it all needs to be unified somehow (‘cuz I’m sure not going to to go buy new stuff!).

So I got the paint and I have made some sketches and done some cypherin’.

First thing Friday morning I am off and running with my bedroom makeover.
