Yesterday I enjoyed an afternoon snack of almond butter on a slice of coconut bread. As I was nibbling on my creation I realized that some alien must have taken over my body.
We had several weddings to attend, each in different towns. “OK,” I told myself, “You just have to be prepared.” I got the clothes ready in advance and made sure the car was gassed up and cleaned out. Meals ready – check.

I hate to be a drag, but ice skating is about the last thing I could have done this past weekend, even if I lived in Canada. Mostly because I can barely walk.
