These Supplements Have Changed My Life

I am enjoying hearing from so many of you that you are working on your own fitness goals. I want to share one of my new favorite things that has helped me in my efforts to lose weight and get healthy.

Besides changing my diet, I also added exercise to my routine.

You MUST know that I am not an exercise girl.  I never understood those people that would say things like, “I love running,” or, “I feel so much better after my workout.”

Uh, right.  I feel better after a 2 hour nap followed by chocolate.

I don’t like to sweat, I don’t have time to do the exercise PLUS get all re-dressed and fixed up after and the whole process wears me out for the rest of the day.  Just telling it like it is folks.

But something needed to change.  I wasn’t sure how; I only knew I needed to get myself moving.  So I decided to start going for a simple walk every morning.  I’d just walk down the street and see what happened.  At first it was miserable.  I got tired quickly, I didn’t like it and I wanted to go back to bed.

Then something happened to change that for me.  I met a woman named Michelle (I wish I had time to tell you about how we met because there is no doubt it was providential) and she shared her personal story with me and about the supplement she takes that she believes saved her life.  I listened, but I was just so tired.  I wished I could find the energy to exercise but I didn’t have much confidence.  She felt so strongly that I needed these supplements that she gave me a bottle.  So I started taking them.  And they have changed my life too!

They are from a company called Life Priority and they are called Lift Caps.

I almost immediately started noticing that I was feeling better.  I started to take 2 each morning before I leave for my walk and the difference is surprising.  I’m not dragging as much and within 2 days of taking them I made it a mile down the road (and back) without dying.  Then I started walking further and before I knew it I was easily walking 3 miles a day and even trying to walk faster. (you can follow me on Instagram for my morning updates!)

The other difference I notice is that my mood is better.  I’m less grumpy, more interested in spending time with my kids, I react better to stressful situations…..my whole family has noticed the change.  I am responding more calmly when the day takes a bad turn or something hampers my plans.  It really is pretty amazing.

The Lift Caps are helping with my weight loss, my attitude and my morning exercise routine.  I can’t say enough good about them.  I have convinced James to take them (which took plenty of convincing since he’s kind of a no-frills guy).  He just started this week and said he can already tell a difference.

If you have been struggling with fatigue, depression or just plain lack of motivation I would encourage you to try the Lift Caps.  They have helped me so much through all of that!  I am down 33 pounds and feeling great!  I know it is because I have found that strength and energy that I prayed for and I am so incredibly grateful!  And one bottle lasted me 2 months, making it very affordable.

By the way, this is not a sponsored post and I am not trying to sell you anything.  I am genuinely telling you that these have worked wonders for me and I wanted to share it with you.  But to be clear, these are affiliate links, but I never link to anything that I do not genuinely believe in!

  6. LISA!! You GO, girl! 33 pounds? That’s amazing! I’m so proud and happy for you! Now I’m off to check out these supplements. I’m turning 50 next week, and I’ve been feeling so tired lately. I need to follow your example! 🙂

  7. I was thrilled to read your great testimony about using Lift Caps. I appreciate your kind words regarding my wife, Michelle, who shared them with you. I found out about the value of Lift Caps in 1991.

In ’91, at age 42, I felt like I was at the end of my rope. I was falling asleep at night reading stories to my 3 daughters and my mood swings were not very pleasant. I didn’t realize it then but I was basically nutritionally bankrupt. I began to use a few of the Life Priority (to be) products as a retail customer, including Lift Caps. Michelle saw the changes in my attitude and energy levels and decided to join me. We have been sharing the good “nutritional” news about Life Priority products ever since!

You are correct about the Lift Caps being affordable. The cost per serving of Lift Caps (around .50 cents) is a real bargain compared to the other “energy” products that cost much more but are not that healthy or effective. Thank you for sharing with your readers!

  8. So sad, just tried to purchase these but they don’t ship to Australia. Would love to hear your ongoing process though. You never know things may change. Thank you for the info and a huge congratulations to you!!

  9. Hi Lisa! Excited by your testimony and your recommendation of these supplements. My question: had you already started eating differently and walking before you took the Lift Caps? Or did you start everything at once? Just wondering if the wonderful changes you mentioned (better mood and energy) were mainly from the Lift Caps, or a combination of them along with a new diet and excersize plan? Thanks and blessings!

    1. Kristy, that is a GREAT question! I started the diet a few weeks before I started taking these. I was losing some weight, but still very tired and had trouble doing my morning walks. Once I started taking the Lift Caps I noticed an improvement in my stamina and my energy. But it was within a month, so I am sure some of it was diet too!

When I don’t take them I can tell. I am back to feeling kind of sluggish and have more trouble with my walking in the morning. I get tired so much faster and have less energy to get into the swing of the day when I get back home.

I hope that answers your question, Lisa~

      1. Oh Thank you so much, Lisa! That really helps! I am starting T-Tapp shortly and also a magnesium oil (it’s a foot wash from Health and Wisdom!) to help replenish my energy but was very interested in this product as well. It is said that over 80% of people have a magnesium deficiency and are unaware of it. But I need something to help clear the cobwebs, too! Will be placing an order tomorrow! Thanks and blessings!

  10. Thank you for posting this. I’ve just discovered your blog. I’d heard about amino acid therapy but hadn’t tried it. I’m in the UK so I can’t order Lifecaps but I’ve just ordered phenylalanine 500mg to try instead. I truly hope it will help me. I have depression and home educate our 4 wonderful children God has blessed us with.

  11. “fatigue, depression or just plain lack of motivation” Oh my GOODNESS!!! This is ME!!! I am 8 mos away from my 50th bday, home school 5 of my 7 children and have been so discouraged at my complete lack of energy, motivation and yes feelings of depression. This is NOT ME! I do love fitness and exercise and a few years back was jogging 5-6 mi on a regular basis! I keep wondering if I am getting into the throes of midlife and menopause, ” How long can this last and will I ever “snap out of it”??!! and can I ever get my midlife middle to go away! I am going over right now to order myself a bottle. I have been taking several different supplements and none of them seems to be making a “significant” difference in my symptoms or the way I feel overall…so why do I keep wasting my $$. You have given me a bit of hope!!! Thank you!
