“Jesus Calling” Giveaway!

by Lisa on January 8, 2013

Have I told y’all that I joined the Thomas Nelson team of mommy bloggers?  I am really excited to be a Tommy Mommy!  I’ll be writing on their blog every month AND getting to give away books to YOU.  Super-de-duper! (Barney flashback)

Today I get to give away a double deal….2 devotionals.  Yes, 2!  Jesus Calling and Jesus Calling for Kids.

I love a devotional.  It does the work of finding Bible verses to read every day.  These two by Sarah Young are so sweet and having them for adult and children is a bonus.  It meets everyone at their level.

We like to do devotionals as a family, but sometimes I will add one in to our school day also.  Adding a small devotional reading into the middle of a challenging morning can be just what we all need to refocus.

Come on and enter…it’s easy!  The giveaway ends on Sunday, January 13.

I didn’t know there was a children’s version. I just had the original recommended to me by a very wise and godly friend. Would love to have a copy of these. Thanks for sharing!

Love devotionals! I use to get “Our Daily Bread” from church! My neighbor gave me “Jesus calling calendar” I didn’t know there was a children’s version! I’d love to have it for my children!

I don’t have a devotional. I’ve seen a few of these giveaways and I think I will buy this set if I don’t win. Giveaways work!

I don’t use a printed devotional, but I receive a couple via e-mail. I have been looking for a good devotional for my 9 year old daughter, so I will be checking this one out.

I just got back from a family vacation. While visiting, my Aunt gave me her Jesus Calling book. I have been spending time in it each morning and loving it. I didn’t know there was a kid version. My daughter would love one. Hmmm. Thanks for sharing:)
