When I was in labor with number 5…… I was laboring in the bathtub when I heard the doorbell ring. 5 minutes later my husband comes upstairs with a big ol’ long rifle. My eyes got so wide, wondering if he had plans to push my labor along. He laughed and said that our neighbor was cleaning out his garage and thought one of our boys would enjoy a new BB gun. So that’s what came to mind when I saw your photo of a rifle in this blog post.

I think about 43 all the time… I’ll be 43 for another two months and 17 days.

Don’t feel bad – when I hear “rifle” I think firearm too. I think it must be a Texas thing.
