Cricut Happiness
I’ve been busy with my love, the Cricut again. That little machine makes me happy.
I got a blank metal sign at Hobby Lobby and used my Cricut to add a Valentine’s Day message.
In getting ready for Bissdom, I used the Cricut to decorate my computer.
Cutting strips from old book pages adds just the right touch.
The Cricut will cut the letters you need and then with the touch of a button it will also cut the shadows for a double layered effect.
For my two roomies I wanted to make a Blissdom survival package. So I filled these little buckets with goodies and used my Cricut to put their names on.
Every girls needs a bucket of love.
Oh my Cricut, how do I love thee….let me count the ways….
Remind me to find some way, some how to some day be your roomie somewhere. What adorable baskets!!! I mean, buckets!
You are truly a genius and generous soul. What a blessing I know you’ll be to your roommates for Blissdom. Have a great time!!
Your things are too cute! Did you use transfer paper to move the words from the cutting mat to your computer? I love that sign too!! I am still on my “no shopping” month so I’ll have to wait a few more days before I can go to Hobby Lobby to see if I can find one of those signs! I hope you have a wonderful time as Blissdom, those roomie gifts are awesome!! You are definately going to bless their hearts with those! Remember to stay off the wall a little, you have alot to offer and people are going to be enchanted by you and your sweet spirit!
What did you use to fix your “the Pennington Point” to your laptop? The Cricut looks like a fun thing…
I would love a cricut but they are very expensive here in Oz way out of my budget!
I keep hearing stuff about these cricuts…my friend has one so I may try it sometime to see if it’s worth the investment or not {I’m NOT a scrapbooker, but LOVE to label}.

So, those were for your roomies. And what did ya fix up for your read-ies? Hmm? Can we see soon?
Love the computer vinyl… what a cute idea. Your goodie baskets are so great. As always, your blog inspires me an awesome crafter, a thoughtful friend, and an even better mama. Have a grand time at Blissdom and if you have any spare room in your trunk, let me know. I can fold up nice and small, like. 😉
Hello,
I just came across your blog. Wow. You are a SUPER MOM! Homeschooling your kids? That is AMAZING!!! You blog is sooo inspiring! To more people than you will ever know! I love what you did with that metal sign. It’s such a great reminder for every day!
Anyway, I am deffinitely following you. My oldest is 2.5 years old and I am thinking about homeschooling him. Your blog is such a great source for creativity, patience and super-motherhood! Love it!!
God bless you and your beautiful family!!!
OK… we need to talk. You and Cricut and James might need to have some marital counseling…
However… I’m now filling a jar with change to adopt a Cricut to come live here. Until that time, we need to talk about the laptop label… I can pay in chocolate. (Oh, and let the record show, I’ve been a roommate too – at least until you gave up and slept in the car.)
I love this! I have a silhouette not a cricut but basically they do the same thing with FUN results 🙂 It was so great to meet you at Blissdom & I look forward to reading more of your blog & talking more 🙂
